1.凝珠自动包装机 SMS-680 系列，定位于高速批量生产高浓缩非水体系液体的小剂量定量灌装包装设备;

2.滚筒式胶囊成型灌装，采用西门子总成控制系统，独立伺服动力传动;
3.液体灌装系统，目前有两款成熟系统可选:
   一款是气动柱塞式灌装泵，SMS另外一款伺服控制式灌装泵，可在屏幕一键调节克重;
4、滚筒模块式结构设计，通过部件切换实现快速转产，2.5 小时完成异形产品的滚筒模具及辅件的切换和调试,提升设备生产柔性:

6.液体灌装精度:单腔液体 土0.05G(极差)士0.1G 时CMK≥1.67，多腔液体 士1% 时CMK>1.67;设备生产速度:最高产能可达 195 万颗/天(8 克单腔).

4、The drum modular structure design enables rapid product changeover through component switching,allowing for the replacement and debugging of drum molds and auxiliary components for different-shaped productswithin 2.5 hours, enhancing the production flexibility of the equipment.

6、Liquid filing accuracy: single cavity liquid +0.05g (tolerance) with Cmk > 1.67 at +0.1g; multi-cavity liquid +1% with Cmk > 1.676、7、 Production speed of the equipment: The maximum capacity can reach 1.95 million pieces per day (8 grams per single cavity).
